From the beginning, Yazoo Brewing was created to improve the
quality of life for ourselves and the community around us.
We take our role in the community very seriously and help out as much as we can.
We receive a great amount of donation requests throughout the year, and have created
a few parameters to make this process easier for us.
Please read before moving forward with your request.
We are a small team here at Yazoo with a very crazy schedule and want to be present at every event that we’re a part of. This is the best way we have found to continue a great relationship in the community preferably with a cold Yazoo Brew. If we cannot have a Yazoo representative present, we will have to pass. This is why we ask for at least 60 days notice prior to your event (even more time would be appreciated.)
We feel that events that reflect our brand, vision, and things we enjoy doing are the best events that Yazoo drinkers will enjoy, so if it is not something we feel we would enjoy attending, we will have to decline.
In order to consider a contribution to your organization or event, we ask that you please send the information requested below in writing at least 60 days prior to the event to:

– Contact info
– Number of people attending
– Donation Requested
– Beer Sampling Opportunities
– Signage Opportunities
– Media Coverage Expected
We go through these requests on the 20th of each month and get in touch thereafter.
We have helped with hundreds of different charity efforts over the years and will continue to do so, however if we are not able to fulfill your request at this time, it is nothing personal to you or your organization. We wish you the very best of luck!
