Impy Hop Project #2 weighs in at 7% abv and 70 IBUs, and was brewed with select malts from Riverbend Malt House in N.C., and hopped with Mosaic hops from Yakima, Washington, and a brand new hop variety called McKenzie, from the West Coast Hop Breeding Company, a collective of family-owned hop farmers in the Willamette Valley in Oregon.
